When is the next WuWa banner, and who is on it?

The next WuWa banner arrives with Version 3.8, expected around November 12, 2026, right after Phase II ends on November 11. Lily, a 5-star Spectro Pistol Resonator, is the only officially revealed new character. Kuro Games has not announced the 3.8 reruns yet.

What are the signature weapons on the current WuWa banners?

Suoming’s signature weapon is Unspoken Rue (Sword), Lynae’s is Spectrum Blaster (Pistols) and Lucilla’s is Freeze Frame (Rectifier). All three are on the Phase II weapon banners until November 11.

Does WuWa pity carry over to the next banner?

Yes. Pity on Featured Resonator Convenes carries over between limited character banners, including across versions, until you get a 5-star. Weapon, Standard and collab banners each keep their own separate counters.

Do Cyberpunk collab banners share pity with normal character banners?

No. Regular Featured Resonator Convenes use Radiant Tide, while the Cyberpunk Collab Resonator Convenes use Dreamcatcher Tide, and their guarantee counters are separate. The guarantee count is only shared between qualifying Collab Resonator Convenes within the same collaboration campaign.

Can Radiant Tide be used to pull Lucy or Rebecca?

No. The Cyberpunk character banners use Dreamcatcher Tide, not Radiant Tide, and the collab weapon banners use Shadowforge Tide instead of Forging Tide.

Will Lucy and Rebecca rerun after the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration?

There is currently no official rerun announcement. Both characters were collaboration-limited during Version 3.4, but Kuro Games has not said they can never return. Treat claims such as "permanently unobtainable" as speculation unless Kuro Games announces otherwise.

How many pulls do I need to guarantee Suoming?

In the worst case, Suoming takes 160 pulls: 80 to hit a 5-star, plus up to 80 more if you lose the 50/50. Her signature weapon, Unspoken Rue, takes up to 80 more pulls because the weapon banner has no 50/50.

When are the WuWa 3.8 banners?

Version 3.8 is expected around November 12, 2026, but Kuro Games has not confirmed the date. Lily is the only officially revealed new 5-star so far. Rerun leaks such as Sigrika and Hiyuki are unconfirmed.

Is Lily a 5-star character in Wuthering Waves?

Yes. Kuro Games revealed Lily on October 7, 2026 as a new 5-star Resonator for Version 3.8, and confirmed that she is a Spectro Pistols user. Her role and full kit have not been officially detailed yet, though leaks describe her as a healer / support.

01 Current WuWa Banner: Version 3.7 Phase II (Suoming, Lynae & Lucilla)

WuWa Version 3.7 Phase II went live on October 22, 2026. The new 5-star Suoming debuts alongside reruns for Lynae and Lucilla, and all three banners run until November 11. Version 3.7, Prism's Illusion, Heart's Illumination, brings the Xuanfang storyline in Mengzhou toward its conclusion.

Pull Suoming if…

You missed them earlier and one of them fills a gap in a team you already play. Lynae is a Spectro Pistols unit from 3.0; Lucilla is a Glacio Rectifier from 3.4.

Skip this phase if…

Lily is your top target. Her 3.8 banner is expected around Nov 12, and unused pity carries over.

02 WuWa 3.8 Banners: Lily & Expected Release Date

The next WuWa banner arrives with Version 3.8. Kuro Games opened 3.8 drip marketing on October 7, 2026 with Lily, a young perfumer caught up in the Federated Cities' Resonator War, and confirmed her as a 5-star Spectro Resonator who uses Pistols.

Version 3.7 runs from September 30 to around November 12, so Version 3.8 is expected the day after Phase II ends on November 11. Kuro Games has not announced the official date.

What We Know About WuWa Lily So Far

Official

5-star Spectro Pistols user from the Federated Cities. Her keen sense of smell lets her craft brief, flower-scented dreams that soothe and heal the mind.

Likely

A healer / Unison support. The 3.7 Echo set Flower of Tinged Yearning combines Healing Bonus with Unison ATK buffs, which fits Lily with Hsin and Suoming teams. This is a community reading, not official.

Not confirmed

Her exact kit, signature weapon and rerun partners. Lily is also expected to lead into the New Federation storyline in Version 4.0.

When Is the WuWa 3.8 Livestream?

Kuro Games usually holds the Preview Special Broadcast about 10–12 days before an update, so the 3.8 livestream is expected in late October or early November 2026. It should confirm Lily's kit and the full rerun lineup, and it typically brings three livestream codes worth 300 Astrite that expire within about 48 hours. 04 WuWa Cyberpunk Collab: Banners, Separate Pity & Special Tides

Version 3.4, The Dream Not Dreamed, ran the Wuthering Waves × Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration from June 8 to July 9, 2026. The shortened 32-day patch added the Somnoire: Night City area and Adam Smasher as a world boss.

Collab Resonator pity is shared only between eligible banners in the same collaboration campaign and never with regular Featured Resonator Convenes. As of October 2026, there is no official Cyberpunk rerun announcement, and claims that Lucy or Rebecca will "never return" are speculation.

Your first 5-star on a limited Resonator banner is a 50/50; if you lose it, the next 5-star is guaranteed to be featured. In the worst case, Suoming plus Unspoken Rue costs 240 pulls (38,400 Astrite), so decide your Phase II target before Lily arrives.

06 Should You Pull? Suoming, Reruns or Save for Lily

Version 3.X expanded several team archetypes instead of pushing a single Attribute, so no one Resonator is mandatory. Start from your roster and fill the role your team actually lacks.

Own Hsin

Suoming is the natural partner for Hsin's Unison playstyle and the biggest upgrade this phase.

Missed Hsin

Check whether Suoming fits a team you can build now before spending; otherwise a Lynae or Lucilla rerun may add more value.

Need a healer

Consider saving for Lily in 3.8, especially if you plan a Unison team.

Tune teams

Aemeath, Luuk Herssen, Denia, Lynae and Qingxiao all use Tune Rupture or Tune Strain. Pick the one that completes your rotation.

Community reward breakdowns estimate roughly 106–113 free character pulls across Version 3.7. That is usually enough for one guaranteed 5-star, but not two.
