How to Redeem Whiteout Survival Codes

There are two routes, and which one you use depends on your device. Both deliver rewards to your in-game Mailbox.

Method 1: In-Game (Android only)

1. Open Whiteout Survival on your device.
2. Tap your Avatar in the top-left corner.
3. Tap the Settings cog at the bottom of the profile panel.
4. Select Gift Code.
5. Enter the code exactly as written and confirm.

Method 2: Gift Code Center (works on every device)

This is the route iOS players have to use, and it is also the fastest way to work through several codes in a row, since you can paste instead of type.

1. Open the official Whiteout Survival Gift Code Center in any browser.
2. Enter your Player ID and log in. Check that the avatar shown is actually your character before you continue.
3. Paste the gift code into the code field and complete the verification prompt.
4. Confirm, then open your in-game Mailbox to claim the rewards.

What Rewards Gift Codes Give

Rewards vary by code, but they come from a consistent pool:

• Gems — the headline reward. Typical codes hand out 500 to 1,000, which is useful but well short of a meaningful pack.
• Speed-ups — General, Training and Research. The 5-minute stacks add up faster than they look during a build queue.
• Basic resources — Meat, Wood, Coal and Iron. Genuinely helpful early, close to irrelevant past Furnace 20.
• Hero XP and Enhancement XP Components — steady progression on your main squad.
• Gold and Platinum Keys — hero recruitment pulls, and the reward most worth chasing.
• Chief Stamina — extra Intel and Beast hunts, which is where a lot of quiet daily value sits.
• Event and cosmetic items — avatar frames, VIP XP, occasional manuals or charm materials.

The exact contents appear on the redemption confirmation screen and in the reward mail.

Important Notes Before Redeeming

1. Codes are case-sensitive
   Copy rather than retype. One wrong capital returns the same error as an invalid code, which sends a lot of people chasing the wrong problem.
2. Many codes are region-locked
   Korean and Japanese creator codes — anything ending in KR or JP — frequently only validate on accounts in those regions.
3. One redemption per character
   The limit is tied to the Player ID, so every character you run can claim the same code once. A good code scales with the number of states you play in.
4. Expiry is measured in days and weeks, not months
   Most codes last one to four weeks, and event codes are often gone in under a week. Treat any list that has not moved in a month as an archive.
5. Some codes need Furnace Level 9
   Codes carrying avatar frames and VIP XP usually have this requirement. Below that level they simply return an error.
6. Ignore code generators
   Every real code originates from Century Games and appears on an official channel first. Generator sites either waste your time or harvest account details.

Why Your Gift Code Is Not Working

Work through these in order — the first two account for the large majority of failures:

1. The code expired. An "Expired, unable to claim" message in the Gift Code Center confirms it.
2. The claim limit was reached. Some codes shut off after a set number of redemptions with no announced deadline, so they read as active everywhere while being dead in practice.
3. Wrong region. KR and JP campaign codes often only work on accounts in those regions.
4. Already redeemed on this character. Switching devices does not reset it — the limit is tied to the Player ID, not the phone. Try another character instead.
5. A typo or an invisible space. Copying from a webpage often drags a trailing space along. Delete and repaste.
6. Furnace level too low. Check whether the code carries a Level 9 requirement.
7. You are on a test server. Gift codes generally do not apply there.

Where New Codes Are Released

Century Games drops codes in a small number of places, and each channel carries codes the others skip. If you want them while they are still alive, watch the source rather than the aggregators:

• The official Discord and Facebook page — mostly follower milestones and holiday drops, and usually the first public appearance.
• YouTube creator events — the source of the KR codes above. Short-lived and often region-limited.
• In-game event mail and official store promotions — easy to miss because they never leave the game.
• Japanese and Korean community events — these produce the JP and KR codes, which are the most likely to be locked to their region.

Expect roughly one to four new codes a month, clustered around holidays, updates, anniversaries and follower milestones. There are long quiet stretches in between, and no schedule to work from.
