Roblox Promo Codes (November 2026): Every Working Code

Roblox promo codes used to be one of the easiest ways to claim free avatar items. Enter a short code on the official page, get a cosmetic. That still works, but there is almost nothing left to enter. This guide covers what actually redeems, where to enter it, why the system went quiet, and where free items genuinely come from now.

01Working Roblox Promo Codes (November 2026)

Last checked November 5, 2026. Promo codes are case-sensitive and can be redeemed once per account.

02How to Redeem Roblox Promo Codes

1. Go to the official Roblox promo code page (roblox.com/promocodes).
2. Log in to your Roblox account.
3. Type the code in capital letters. Codes are case-sensitive: SPIDERCOLA works, spidercola does not.
4. Click Redeem. A green confirmation message means it worked.
5. Open your avatar editor and equip the item from your inventory.

On a phone, tablet or console, open roblox.com in a browser, sign in to the same account you play on, and redeem there. The item appears on every device. Roblox has reshuffled its code pages over the years, and some players now report that promo codes also work on roblox.com/redeem. If one page rejects a code you know is valid, try the other.

Promo Codes vs Gift Card Codes vs Game Codes

Most "my Roblox code doesn't work" problems come from entering a code in the wrong place. Here is where each type goes:

Why Isn't My Roblox Code Working?

Never enter a Roblox code on a third-party site. Redemption only happens on roblox.com or inside an official experience, and no legitimate code requires your password, an email verification code, a download or a survey.

03Why Roblox Promo Codes Basically Stopped

If you remember Roblox promo codes being a regular thing and cannot work out why every list you find is dead, here is the actual explanation. Roblox did not remove the system, it stopped using it.

Site-wide promo codes were mostly brand tie-ins: a retailer partnership, a social milestone, a product collaboration. Look at the expired list further down and the pattern is obvious: Amazon, Target, Carrefour, Kroger, Walmart, Mercado Libre. That entire model has been replaced.

Free items now arrive through platform events, branded experiences you play, and free items in the Avatar Shop. The last new site-wide promo code appeared in late 2024, and nothing has replaced it since.

04In-Game Codes: Island of Move and Mansion of Wonder

These two Roblox experiences from the Build It, Play It series have their own redemption booths, separate from the account-level promo code page. They were never site-wide codes, which is why entering them at roblox.com/promocodes has never worked.

Island of Move Codes

Search for Island of Move, enter the experience, walk forward and interact with the PLAY IT! prompt, then choose Redeem Code.

Mansion of Wonder Codes

Search for Build It, Play It: Mansion of Wonder, enter the experience, walk forward and interact with the Swag Booth, then choose Redeem Code.

These give avatar cosmetics only. Neither experience has ever given Robux.

05Expired Roblox Promo Codes

Every code below is dead. They keep circulating in YouTube titles, TikTok clips and old blog posts because republishing an expired list costs nothing and still attracts clicks.

Notice the dates baked into these codes. If a page presents 2021 and 2022 codes as "new Roblox promo codes for November 2026," it has copied an old list without checking a single one.

06Free Robux Codes Do Not Exist

This needs to be stated plainly, because "free Robux" is one of the most targeted searches in the entire Roblox ecosystem, and almost everything ranking for it is a scam.

Roblox has never issued a public promo code that grants Robux. Legitimate promo codes give avatar items such as accessories, hats and bundles. There is no generator, no exploit and no hidden list of "1,000 Robux codes". The only codes that add Robux are paid gift card PINs, and each one works exactly once.

Handing over a verification code is how accounts get stolen, and these scams are aimed heavily at younger players. Never give your login details to anyone promising free Robux or free codes, no matter what they promise.

Two habits worth building: turn on two-step verification in your Roblox account settings, and check the update date on any code list before trusting it.

07Where Free Roblox Items Actually Come From Now

With one reliable promo code left, these routes matter far more:

Recent Roblox Events: The Hollow and The Hunt

Platform events are the clearest example of how free items work now. The Hollow, Roblox's 2026 Halloween event, ran across a group of participating games: you completed event quests, earned event currency and badges, then exchanged them for free limited UGC items in a central hub. It closed on November 2, 2026, so its free items can no longer be earned. The Hunt, earlier in the year, used the same play-quests-earn-items format.

No code was needed for either event. To catch the next one, follow Roblox's official social accounts and check the Roblox home page for an event banner. We will add new events here as they launch.

Prime Gaming is worth mentioning only to rule it out: Roblox rewards through Prime Gaming have not been active since the Flaming Hot Chip Head expired in January 2024, and nothing has replaced them.

08If You Need Robux

Promo codes give cosmetics, not currency. Game Passes, private servers, limited marketplace items and most avatar purchases all run on Robux, and there is no free route to it.

Work through the free options first: claim SPIDERCOLA, browse the Avatar Shop's free section, and join the next platform event when it starts. Between them they cover a lot of ground without spending anything.

When you do need Robux, buy it through Roblox directly, with a gift card, or from a trusted top-up store. You can buy Robux on KeyGold for less than the official store price, with most orders delivered within 60 minutes. It's a login top-up, so enter your account details only on your KeyGold order page, and change your password once your Robux arrives. For a full price breakdown, see how much Robux costs in 2026.

If you are under 18, check with a parent before making any purchase. If a Roblox top up is not an option right now, the free routes above are the ones most players rely on anyway.

We re-check this page against the official promo code page rather than republishing other people's lists, and we will add a new code the moment Roblox actually releases one.
