01Active ZZZ Codes (November 2026)
These are the Zenless Zone Zero redeem codes that work right now. Tap a code to open the official HoYoverse redemption page with it already filled in; rewards arrive in your in-game Mailbox.
The three "33" codes arrived on October 23 and 25 and have no announced end date. SUNBRINGER, which came with HoYoverse's Sunbringer preview on October 23, expired on October 29 at 23:59 (UTC+8) and has moved to the expired list, along with the 3.2 codes. If a new code says "already redeemed", see why below.
Unconfirmed: one code tracker lists BBPU5PC7F7W5 as active, but we have not confirmed it or its rewards with a second source. Trying it costs nothing; we will move it into the table once it is verified.
Don't miss: 300 free Polychrome in your Mailbox
Every account that reached Inter-Knot Level 4 before the 3.3 maintenance (October 21, 06:00 UTC+8) received 300 Polychrome as update compensation. It is not a code. Mailbox items usually expire after about 30 days, so claim it before around November 20.
Each code works once per account, and redemption unlocks at Inter-Knot Level 5. Saving for Severian, whose banner opens on November 11, or for Kafka in 3.4? Check the ZZZ banner schedule and our Phoenix & Severian pull guide.
02ZZZ Livestream Codes: 3.3 JRNY2SKY and When the 3.4 Code Drops
Every version's Special Program ends with one limited ZZZ livestream code, the most valuable free code you can get: 300 Polychrome, 30,000 Denny, 2 Senior Investigator Logs and 3 W-Engine Energy Modules. It usually expires within two days.
The 3.3 Journey to the Sky Special Program aired on October 9, 12 days before launch. Version 3.4 is expected on December 2 with the Honkai: Star Rail collab, so the 3.4 livestream code should land around November 20. See who's coming in our Kafka & Robin banner preview, and bookmark this page; we add the code as soon as it goes live.
03Why Some Valid Codes Still Fail: Alternative Code Groups
HoYoverse sometimes releases several codes with identical rewards as an alternative group: redeeming one can mark the rest as already used on your account. HOLLOWRUN33, LEVELUP33 and INKSHIFT33 share exactly the same rewards, so if one goes through and the next says "already redeemed", that is the likely reason.
It is not a bug and there is no workaround. Try all three anyway; it costs nothing.
04How to Redeem ZZZ Codes
You can redeem on the official website or in-game. The website is fastest and works for every platform, because rewards go to your account's Mailbox.
On the official website
Open the official redemption page, or tap a code above to have it filled in.
Sign in with the HoYoverse account linked to your character.
Choose your server (America, Europe, Asia or TW/HK/MO) and check the right character appears.
Paste the code, press Redeem and collect the rewards from your Mailbox.
Inside the game
Reach Inter-Knot Level 5; the Mailbox and redemption unlock during the prologue.
Open the top-left menu (Esc on PC), then More → Redemption Code.
Enter the code, confirm, and claim the rewards from your Mailbox within about 30 days.
05ZZZ Codes Not Working? Common Causes and Fixes
It expired
The most common answer. Livestream codes last one to two days, and preview codes can be just as short: SUNBRINGER lasted only six days. Campaign codes rarely outlive their version.
Same alternative group
You may have already claimed a code with identical rewards; see the section above.
Claim limit or region
Some codes have a global cap (ZZZDREAMLAND) or only work on one server, such as Asia-only codes.
Account not ready
You're below Inter-Knot Level 5, or there's no character on the account you signed in with.
Typo or outdated list
Copy the code exactly. Many sites still list SUNBRINGER, ZZZVOID32, ZZZINK32 or ZZZMEIJI as active; they have expired.
06When New ZZZ Codes Drop
Special Programs: one 300-Polychrome code, dead within two days. Next: 3.4, around November 20.
Smaller 20-Polychrome batches, like the "32" and "33" codes, appear a few days after a patch goes live.
Anniversaries, collabs and character showcases. SUNBRINGER came with the Sunbringer preview and lasted six days. Watch the 3.4 HSR crossover.
Compensation Polychrome goes straight to your Mailbox; 3.3 sent 300.
07Expired Zenless Zone Zero Codes
These codes no longer work. They are listed so you don't waste time on outdated lists.
08How Far Does Free Polychrome Go?
Here is everything code-related you can still collect around Version 3.3, and what it buys you.
160
Polychrome per Signal Search
90
Pulls to hit S-Rank hard pity
14,400
Polychrome for one full pity
Codes and compensation cover roughly 4 to 5 pulls per version. That helps, but it is only about 5% of a single pity, and a limited Agent can take up to 180 pulls if you lose the 50/50.
09Polychrome vs Monochrome
Codes only ever give Polychrome. If you are a few pulls short for Severian, or saving for Kafka in 3.4, topping up Monochrome is the only way to close the gap quickly, and KeyGold sells Monochrome packs below the in-game price.
Codes won't cover a full pity?
Top up Monochrome for Severian or the 3.4 collab banners.
