Kingshot Gift Codes: Active Codes & How to Redeem
Five Kingshot gift codes currently work, and KS0822 is the one with a deadline. Kingshot codes carry a global claim cap on top of an expiry date, so a code can be in date and still be dead. Here's what redeems now, both ways to enter it, and how to predict the next drop.
Kingshot gift codes are the fastest way to pick up free Gems, speed-ups and hero materials without spending. This page has the codes currently working, both redemption routes, and a pattern in how Century Games names them that lets you predict when the next one drops.
One thing to know before you start: Kingshot codes carry a global redemption cap as well as an expiry date. A code can be well within its date and still be dead because enough players already claimed it. That is why code lists go stale so fast — and why the dated codes below are worth redeeming the day you see them.
Active Kingshot Gift Codes
These are currently reported as working. Copy them exactly — Kingshot codes are case-sensitive, and a code like Kingshot888 will fail in all caps.

Which order to use them in
KS0822 first. Dated codes are the ones with a real deadline — the long-running pair will still be there next week, this one probably will not.
VIP0822 is not for everyone. It is a Concierge member code, so a regular account will get an error even though the code is live. That is expected, not a broken code.
How to Redeem Kingshot Gift Codes
There are two routes. The web one is more reliable and the only option for some players.
Method 1: Gift Code Center (recommended)
- Open Kingshot and tap your avatar in the top-left corner. Copy the numeric Player ID and note your Kingdom number from your profile screen.
- Go to the official Kingshot Gift Code Center.
- Enter your Player ID, then the code exactly as shown.
- Confirm, then check your in-game mailbox. Rewards usually land within one to three minutes.
iOS players: use this method. The in-game Gift Code option does not reliably appear on the Apple build. If you cannot find it, your device is the reason — not your account level or the code.
Method 2: In-game
- Finish the tutorial first — the redemption feature stays locked until you do.
- Tap your avatar in the top-left corner, then Settings at the bottom-right of the profile panel.
- Select Gift Code and enter the code exactly as shown.
Why Your Code Is Not Working
Work through these in order — the first two cover most failures:
- The global cap was reached. The most common cause and the least obvious. The code is still in date, but enough players have claimed it that it no longer works for anyone.
- It expired. Dated KS codes have short windows. Check the expired list below.
- Capitalisation. Codes are case-sensitive. Kingshot888 and KINGSHOT888 are not the same string, and a trailing space copied from a webpage breaks it too.
- You already redeemed it. One use per account, and the second attempt returns an error identical to an invalid-code error.
- It is a member-restricted code. VIP and Concierge codes only validate on qualifying accounts.
- The tutorial is not finished. If the Gift Code option is missing entirely rather than rejecting your input, this is why — use the web redeemer instead.
- Wrong Player ID. Easy to mistype, and the error message does not distinguish this from a bad code.
A useful diagnostic: if every code on a list fails but the Gift Code Center accepts your Player ID normally, the list is stale rather than your account being broken.

When New Kingshot Codes Drop
Kingshot's codes follow a pattern most guides never mention, and once you see it you can stop refreshing code lists.
The KS codes are dated
Look at the sequence: KS0603, KS0803, KS0810, KS0822. The four digits are month and day. Century Games issues a new one roughly every seven to twelve days.
The same logic applies to the VIP series — VIP0822 was released alongside KS0822. So when a new KS code appears, there is usually a matching Concierge code that day too.
Beyond the dated codes, new ones cluster around a few predictable triggers:
- Official Facebook and Discord — where codes appear first, usually tied to follower milestones. Codes like FB2500KT and KSDC400K came from exactly this.
- Major events and seasons — the current one is Swordland Summit League Season 1, and event phases frequently carry their own codes.
- Holidays and seasonal promos — the expired list is full of them.
- Creator campaigns — the shortest-lived category, since the cap is sized for one creator's audience.
Following the official Facebook page and Discord is more productive than checking aggregator sites daily. Given the global cap, being a day late often means missing the code entirely.
What Code Rewards Are Actually Worth
Claiming the full active set gets you roughly 400 Gems, along with Mythic Conquest Skill Books, Mythic Expedition Skill Manuals and Gold Keys. Worth knowing what each of those does before you spend it:
- Gems The premium currency, and the reward that matters most. 400 is meaningful on a young account and a rounding error on an established one.
- Mythic Skill Books and Manuals Hero skill upgrades. Concentrate them on your main lineup rather than spreading them — a narrow, well-fed roster clears content a wide underlevelled one cannot.
- Gold Keys Hero recruitment pulls. The most volatile reward — good luck changes an account, bad luck gives you duplicates.
- Speed-ups and Hero EXP Steady progression value. Save speed-ups for event windows where construction or training scores points rather than burning them on the next available queue.
Two free habits worth more than most codes: join an active alliance (alliance gifts and shared rewards add up daily) and use the Bank every day. Neither costs anything and both compound in a way a one-off code cannot.
Beyond Codes: Getting More Gems
Being straight about the maths: the entire active code set is around 400 Gems. That is a genuine boost early on, and nowhere near enough for a serious KvK push or a Strongest Governor run.
Work the free routes first — claim every active code, run your dailies, use the Bank, and stay in an alliance that actually sends gifts. Then plan spending around event stages rather than spending as things unlock, because the same Gems are worth considerably more when they score points in a live event.
