Rewards sit in the mailbox for a limited time before expiring, so claim them rather than leaving them there.

Why Your Code Isn't Working

• It expired. The most common answer by a wide margin. Livestream codes especially last hours, not days.
• The quota ran out. Codes have a global redemption cap. Once it's reached they stop working even if the expiry date hasn't passed.
• You're below AR10. Redemption is locked until Adventure Rank 10.
• You already used it. One redemption per account, permanently.
• Typo or wrong case. Codes are case-sensitive. Tapping the code links above avoids this entirely.
• Wrong server selected. Rewards go to the account on the server you pick, so make sure it matches.
