Why codes die before they expire
Each COD Mobile code can be redeemed roughly 1,500 times in total. Once that cap is hit the code stops working for everyone, even though the expiry date has not passed. How to Redeem COD Mobile Codes
Which method you need depends on your version of the game. Getting this wrong is one of the most common reasons a perfectly valid code refuses to work.

Garena codes are redeemed through the Garena redemption portal for your region, using your Garena account rather than a Global UID. Rewards from either route arrive in your in-game mailbox, usually within seconds. If nothing appears, restart the game before assuming the redemption failed.
Why Your COD Mobile Redeem Code Is Not Working
An error rarely means your account is broken. Work through these in order:
- The 1,500-redemption cap was reached. The most common cause and the least obvious one. The code is still technically live, but nobody can claim it anymore.
- Wrong version. A Global code will not work on a Garena account and vice versa. If you are in Southeast Asia, check which version you actually play before blaming the code.
